Welcome to our newly renovated Bulldog Cottage 2 located just east of campus complete with all the amenities of home. This cozy family cottage has a large fully equipped kitchen, all new appliances, stainless steel farmhouse sink, with a large granite island with bar seating and a dining room table. A large family den with large sectional couch, 55” smart TV, high speed internet, and electric fireplace. One bedroom is a Luxury Queen Bed with custom bedding and a new mattress with built-in window bench seating. Second bedroom is a bunk bed with two adult full sized beds and a twin trundle with built-in window bench seating. (Den has large sectional couch that could sleep two additional people.) One of the bathrooms includes custom tile & granite designs with a double vanity and shower tub combo with a rain shower head. The second bathroom has a beautiful glass shower with a rain shower head and a pedestal vanity. From the kitchen you can exit to a custom trex deck with built in seating & a new grill for grilling.
