Positive: Break fast was good, ambience of the break fast hall is also good. Staff - really courteous. They have Gym, Pool - didnt use both though! At this location these kind of facilities were awesome. Went there for a staycation and loved it.

Negative: What could have been better - maybe the AC - needs servicing, was leaking. And probably the TV with smart TV facilities.

Positive: Should have to make the dining area comfortable, cleaner and professional.

Negative: Ootty is a cool place and you don't even provide an electric kettle to make tea, coffee or hot water.
