Summary: The customer service was very good but the ac was not working properly and my room didn’t cool off until after midnight on a very long hot day!

Summary: It was a little chilly in the motning. There was no heater in our room. Bteakfast was not available at the time of our stay. The outer door to the parking lot was not locked at night. We came back to the hotel after 10pm and we were able to enter the back of the hotel without using our key card and the hotel closed at 10

Summary: A lot of the amenities such as the pool and breakfast were closed down. The hotel was as expected, it did not impress but did not have bed bugs so I would say it was a good stay! Would stay again if I had to.

Summary: Security is a problem. We called ahead to let them know we’d be checking in after hours and were given a code for a lock box in which we would find our key. What was in our lock box instead was the master key, meant for the front desk girl the next morning. Our room keys were in the other lock box. Oops. Good thing we weren’t thieves or worse. Mistakes happen, but considering the outer entrance wasn’t even locked, the slide lock in our room had been busted in and never repaired, and our window screen looked like it had been pried open at some point and never repaired, I think security just isn’t a priority at this property. Just be aware.

Summary: Always have a wonderful stay, the staff is really nice and try hard to make things wonderful. This is a older hotel and with that comes lots of character. They are slowly renovating rooms so be patient with them. Small town with a cute hotel.

Summary: Staff was friendly, room had a fridge that worked. Staff friendly and helpful. Due to seasonal, weekly rentals (construction crews) there were no pictures on the walls, wallpaper peeling off the walls. Looked like anything that wasn't nailed down was stolen.Not sure how the room temp was regulated. There was a portable floor standing ac unit and another unit, maybe for heat??? No breakfast, continental or otherwise offered. Had to get soap, cups, from the front desk. Was told where to park to keep an eye on my vehicle. All in all a pretty sketchy place. But was clean and hotel staff worked hard.
