Positive: Sadly the Restaurant side has closed and it is just a Motel, we have stayed here before, and will stay again.

Negative: As mentioned above, when we stayed in September the Restaurant and Bar were open and the food was superb, but sadly the Restaurant and Bar is now closed.

Summary: Beds are comfortable and the manager is a friendly and helpful man.

Positive: Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure is absolutely brilliant.

Negative: Other occupants arriving early hours of the morning. Noisy traffic and fire alarm flashing green light was too bright.

Positive: The restaurant ambience and food in the evening was very good. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. The bed in the room was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. As was the bathroom.

Negative: When we walked into our room it was smelly, damp mould. It should have been aired but it was caused by a hole in the bathroom ceiling where the damp was permeating from. The bathroom had no extraction, which would have caused the damp, which made me cough through the night. Also they advertised Breakfast at 7am on Saturday it was 9am and on Sunday we had to leave without coffee and breakfast because the restaurant didn’t open, even at 9.30.

Summary: If the room didn’t smell of mould and damp, would have said good value stay.

Positive: Easy check in although despite paying in full prior to arrival. I was still asked to pay again. Luckily had the payment email from booking.

Negative: Bed felt old and soft. Clean and tidy though.
