Positive: It has very large space inside and beautiful views in and from the back yard. Sufficient living facilities and quiet location, I enjoyed serenity when I was there. It’s also close to cafe, restaurant, shopping center and bus/train station. To my surprise, I saw 3 Kookaburras in the rain in the background which was the first time in Australia that I saw real ones. I was happy to take photos and videos. I’m satisfied with the property.

Negative: I personally think the mattress is a little bit soft, but different people have different opinions. This might not be an issue for other people.

Summary: I enjoyed the nature and serenity during my stay.

Positive: Location. The house itself was good...

Negative: The room was dirty. Not cleaned with dirty linen on the bed; imagine peoples body hairs and falseeye lashes with food crumbs in the bed.... I've cleaned the room and washed the linnen myself as this was the 3rd house I've been moved to and I was tired after ending my shift at 21.30pm and still doing all the above mentioned. I feel like I need my money back!!!

Positive: First time in this type of accommodation. The hostess Ella was very friendly and tried hard to be accommodating. The stay felt more like I was at a friend’s place. Rather than rented accommodations. The other guest that was staying there was friendly and easy to get along with. Unfortunately I did not take any photos

Positive: The house is old but very beautiful and offers a lot of space . Host is polite , kind and helpful . The property is in a secure very peaceful area of Kelmscott ,very close to Kelmscott train station very convenient location. Walking distance restaurants , Cole’s, Woolies, Coles and spud-shed. I loved the massive gardens the outdoor areas are massive allows to rewind. Will book again .
