Summary: It was very run down but still clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had warm water and good pressure. It was worth the money we paid for it!

Summary: I stayed in Nocona at the Budget Inn because I was riding in the Tour de Muenster 30 miles away. I did not stay in Gainesville because hotel prices were dramatically increased for that weekend. The Budget inn price was $66.

Summary: The check in was very welcoming and accommodating, the price is great, the cleanliness and appearance of the property is amazing. It’s obviously an old property but they are making efforts to maintain it

Summary: Though it was a small property, it was pretty well cleaned and really your only option in the area and for the price it’s a decent deal

Summary: Great people and price definitely reflected quality. Rooms were repaired with very poor workmanship however still a bed to sleep in for a good nights sleep. No major complaints for price
