Summary: My room #120 was smelly. The bathroom was terrible. Found a cockroach in the shower. The window was dirty. The shower curtain rod was all rusty. Also, the makeshift shelf was unstable. I hope the room will be renovated soon.

Summary: location is fantastic. A short walk across the bridge of lions and you are in historic saint augustine. A very nice restaurant across the street along with Whetstone chocolates. Next door to the motel is a place called hornski's a microbrewery with vintage arcade games and pinball which are all free to play. The courtyard at the hotel is very nice. The only downside to the rooms is that they are very small and tight but for the price and location well worth it. I would definitely recommend this motel
