Positive: The staff are such lovely and kind people. We had to extend our stay and they accommodated our request without any issues. The room is very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast provided has a great variety of food and the best was the freshly made uttapams and dosas! Yum, yum, yummy! I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Surat.

Negative: The railway station is near to the hotel and the train horn is quite loud, but we got used to it. It's not a major issue but may be a little annoying for someone sensitive to noise.

Positive: My two week stay at Budget Inn Bellevue was perfect. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished, with a very comfortable bed, clean & modern bathroom and other facilities such as aircon, tv were all in excellent (as new) working condition. The room was quiet & peaceful, and I enjoyed excellent sleep every night. The restaurant is a delightful room with views into a luscious courtyard. I enjoyed head chef Amar's daily regional cooking every morning for breakfast, with every meal a new experience for me (as a travelling Australian). Concierge and room staff were excellent and I always looked forward to a warm welcome from security guard Unum every evening. I wish my stay had been longer, as this is a high quality hotel experience.

Negative: Nothing at all. I have travelled for business frequently for many years and usually stay in 5 star hotels, but this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have experienced.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyable. I wish my stay was longer!
