Summary: Surprisingly clean and quiet inside. Safe. Great value for a simple and clean motel. It looks sketchy from the outside but it did the job just fine. Bed was super comfortable, air conditioner was perfect, shower was great. No frills, not fancy.

Summary: It's a "tired" motel where years ago you would pay $49.00 for. It was clean & quiet. No breakfast, but a coupon for the restaurant across the street, that didn't open until 7AM.

Summary: We arrived at the hotel that we booked and it was closed down. We were instructed to check into the America's Best Value, across the street. We were on the list as having a reservation and they accommodated us (others were not as lucky). Our stay at America's Best Value worked for our needs, but I cannot rate the Sundowner as they were closed (the place looked extremely rundown and was not desirable).

Summary: Place is old but I did realized that while booking Pool should be gone from pictures because isn’t operable for years Price high for the condition and breakfast offered However room was clean bathroom too Sheets smelled good Lots of flies in the room -it was the biggest issue
