Positive: Very friendly hosts. Yes it's an older hotel but it's reasonably priced and in a good location. Go next door for the award winning cinnamon roll french toast while there.

Positive: Hotel was a last minute booking as we left for our vacation a day early and did not want to spend two nights in our van with the kids. We got a room easily online and weren’t gouged in price. (The hotel we had originally planned our vacation with tried to charge us double the price for a last minute booking for an extra night!). The owner was incredibly kind, thoughtful and sweet. We arrived in the middle of the night and she was welcoming and got us set up with our room quickly. Beds were very comfortable. We weren’t there for very long, we were in bed as soon as we got into our room and checked out shortly after getting up in the morning. No noise issues or anything.

Negative: It was outdated. The outdated furniture we found added charm to the hotel. Character. Everything was clean, just a tad on the worn side. Some repairs would be of benefit - baseboards, etc. the shower taps were a bit dicey. Definitely don’t flush while someone is showering. The steam set off fire alarm outside the bathroom (okay that part was kind of hilarious). These are all little minor things as it is run by the kindest people ever and it was genuinely comfortable and so appreciated how accomodating they were.

Positive: The owner was nice she let me check in early. Comfy beds and pillows. TV was small but worked well. Lots of good cable times. Good fridge and microwave. I enjoyed all the counter and desk space. Comfy recliner.

Negative: The floors near the bed were ditty with lots of bits of food and trash. I saw a beetle on the bed and was worried about bed bugs but luckily there were no bed bugs. The AC had a really old filter that needed to be replaced.
