Positive: Everything is as you see in the pictures, it’s clean, comfortable, very well equipped and the location is unbeatable. We communicated with the staff via booking messages and they were very welcoming and attentive.

Positive: The apartment is newly refurbished and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and exceptionally responsive, replying instantly and quickly resolving the issues that came up. It's clear that the hosts care about the comfort of their guests a great deal. In general, despite the problems described below, we highly recommend staying here.

Negative: Heating the apartment is very tricky. There were no instructions on how to turn the heating on, and though we tried to get it working, we were very cold the first couple of nights. We contacted the host, and they sent a maintenance person to set it all up. The green-energy central air conditioning still never managed to heat the whole place up (though it did get the bathroom warm). The plug-in heater worked excellently in the end, but without instructions we weren't able to set it properly ourselves, and it heated the apartment only after the maintenance person sorted it out. Providing clear instructions to the guests beforehand regarding both the air con and the heater would be extremely helpful! Another issue was that there is a door-length window right next to the bed looking out on the walkway leading to other apartments on the floor, but it doesn't have a curtain, so we thought it doesn't provide any privacy. There were several remote controls in the apartment, but again without any instructions as to what they're for. It was only when we played around with the remotes that we discovered that one of them actually activated an electronic blind to roll down on the window, but this was already after two uncomfortable nights sleeping with the window uncovered. So again, instructions explaining that this blind even exists and how to work it would have been extremely helpful! Unfortunately, hot water ran out quickly in the shower. It'll be okay for a quick shower, but if you need to wash your hair or something like that it might be a problem. You will definitely need to wait quite a bit (like an hour or so) for the hot water to be available again for the next person showering. The heat pump outside the apartment was loud, but we quickly got used to it; light sleepers might need earplugs, but white noise enthusiasts might actually enjoy it :)
