Positive: The location and view is super awesome, that’s the only thing i like about the property.

Negative: So many staircase, the lift is out of order at all times do not expect about any service even if you’re facing serious issues, broken furniture. Overall the property is fit for the location and low cost budget stay in Budapest, if you are looking for comfort and pleasant stay I won’t recommend this property to anyone.

Negative: Arrived and everything was dirty with the used things of the last guests, but at least the host manage to fix this rapidly, also way too many stairs and the elevator doesn’t work

Positive: when we arrived at the apartment it was a complete mess, the cleaning service wasn’t there yet but in a 20 minutes owners changed our apartment to even better on the roof with even better view, the lady was very nice and she made sure we are satisfied, organisation compensation was good and easygoing, apartment was nice also the building was beautiful and the location was amazing and pretty close to everything

Negative: cleaning service but the problems were solved and compensated😉😉

Positive: Location is super good , there are 2 terraces with the view to the Parliament (in the night looks amazing 100/100) Apartment is very spacious with high ceilings, clean and warm. Helpful staff and clear instructions of the checking. We were surprised that accommodation was so good for its price. Definitely recommend.

Negative: There were not enough towels for all people, but the problem has been solved.

Summary: Very cool experience with wonderful view

Negative: Front door didn't open well. Kept getting stuck on floor. Lift not working, millions of steps.

Positive: The apartment is really well located. There are plenty of great things to visit around. The metro is also very close. It has a really nice view from the balcony. You can see the parliament :) It is a green and quiet area with supermarkets, restaurants and parks. The apartment itself is spacious, well structured with plenty of natural light and comfy. It is not suited for people with mobility issues as it is on the fourth floor. With a little attention to little details like soap, kitchen stuff ( salt, pepper...) it would be really awesome. The host was helpful and arranged for us a late checkout. When we booked, the price was unbeatable. We were suspicious initially but turned out to be great. All in all, I really recommend it.

Negative: Attention to little details could make the place more cosy.

Positive: I had spent the previous week in Apartment 8 which I left 5 STAR feedback for, and as it was not available at the time for an additional week, I booked another apartment (7). The price as with the first apartment was great, in fact this one was even better! You can't get even a bed at a hotel for this money! The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, and had a nice whirlpool tub, and a great view of the city from the 4th floor. Convenient to everything! If it is not within walking distance, then there is every type of transportation within walking distance. Stella was a great host, checking on me while I was there.

Negative: It was quite a bit less expensive than the one I stayed in the week before (8), and just one floor up, making for an easy move, but I was disappointed that there was no stove (just a warming plate), as I am there for a week and would have liked to cook. Even a microwave oven would be a wise investment for this apartment. So, being a bit less expensive than (8) which had a full kitchen, I was okay with it overall. There are no laundry facilities.

Summary: A great value compared to a hotel, and other accommodations in the area! Highly recommend!
