Summary: Lovely stay made better with the kind , helpful and friendly staff. Especially Bryony who served us in the evening and breakfast the next day. Also the lady who ran the breakfast on the Friday and our lovely waitress on Thursday night. Your staff make this place so welcoming. Food was amazing both breakfast and evening meal. Only negative was our room needed an update, it is a lovely traditional room but had no shower screen, or proper shower, towels were thread bear and very little. Bed was a lovely four poster, but too small. Chairs by tv were uncomfortable and no plug socket near a mirror. Just minor things. Fan in the room was a big plus as the weather was incredibly hot. Hotel is in beautiful surroundings and literally a few steps to Blickling Hall.

Summary: We were a drowned couple of cyclists, they let up park our bikes under cover and in the room we're a couple of oil radiators, and by the morning we had dry shoes, ready for our next day of cycling.

Summary: A great weekend break with our Spaniel ! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, the food exceptional and the area around the hotel was stunning. Can highly recommend a visit.

Summary: The food was amazing, the room spacious and comfortable. All in all it would have been amazing if it hadn’t have been for the very drunk and loud man in the tiny bar who dominated the room and was incredibly invasive. He really shouldn’t have been served any more after a while. He turned up next morning in a grey transit van with his Alsatian dog and looked extremely hungover - he was either staff or a builder under contract. Unfortunately the distress he caused us on our second night ruined our stay.

Summary: Wonderful stay at the Bucks Arms. Room very comfortable with amazing views over the grounds of Blickling Hall. Loved the four poster bed - plus very comfortable. Food and staff excellent. Will be back!
