Summary: Perfect house for our family. The pictures are accurate and we highly recommend this house. Well maintained and stocked. Quiet neighborhood, great location near all the stores. Owner provided all the necessary info to check in and out, it was a breeze! Can’t say enough great things about this house. The family loved it and was sad to leave. This house deserves nothing but 5 stars!

Summary: As a recent retiree in the Midwest, my sole purpose behind this trip was to celebrate my retirement with my family. We chose Arizona for the early March weather and to go to MLB Spring Training, something that had been on my bucket list, but that I had not previously done. Pardon the cliché but we hit a home run. The house was beautiful and clean. We paid the extra to have the pool heated, and it was worth every penny; we relaxed in the pool most of the 5 days we rented. The owners did some little things like left a half dozen bottles of water with a reminder to stay hydrated in the Arizona climate, and left condiments for guests to use, so we didn’t have to buy those items. The grocery store was nearby, along with some restaurants, and it wasn’t that far from ballparks we visited in Goodyear and Surprise, to watch multiple Spring Training baseball games. Communication in advance of our trip was excellent. In short, it was a great trip for the family, and I can cross attending MLB Spring Training off my bucket list. This was a great way to start retirement.

Summary: Had a very nice stay here recently. Property was as advertised in a nice quiet neighborhood just a short drive from a grocery store and busy retail area. Karen was most considerate of our 2 day late weather related arrival and managed to get credited for the shorter stay. Highly recommend.
