Other Policy Buck meadows lodge is located where lucky buck cafe is found. check in for guests is at the adjacent lobby for yosemite westgate lodge, our sister property, please proceed to the main buildings to the left to register for your stay at buck meadows lodge, which is an adjunct to the main hotel facilities, please note that the stay-over cleaning service on multi-night stays is currently not available. special request must be made during your stay for servicing and the replenishment of linens and amenities, please note , our onsite seasonal restaurant is closed or operating on a limited schedule during the winter. we do not serve complimentary breakfast in our lobby. we advise making plans for meals inside yosemite national park or in groveland. please note that all area businesses are now operating on limited winter scheduling and it is a good idea to prepare accordingly. all rooms feature microwaves and fridges. also, our pool and spa are closed for the season. we look forward to hosting you as you explore the splendor of winter in yosemite, our office hours are from 8 am - 10 pm. please call us at 209-962-9372 if you are going to be checking in after-hours to make late check-in arrangements. if you are going to be later than 10 pm, there will be a late check-in fee of $25 plus tax added to your charge.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Positive: Really good location near Yosemite Park. The town a little farther down the road was great, but the restaurant on property Lucky Buck was great and really nice to have nearby. The room was functional and clean with all the small things we needed and there is an ice machine and laundry on site which we made use of. I did not have many interactions with the staff there but the few I did have were friendly and helpful.

Negative: They could have given us more hangers and there were no tissues in the room

Summary: Clean rooms in a good location for yosemite and not far from other amenities.

Negative: The manager was rude and very unhelpful. I asked about the laundry when I checked in and was told where it was - good. But not told it was quarter's only and he wouldn't give change, it closed an hour later at 9pm (as we checked in at about 8pm) and would not be open in the.morning due to mantainence - he checked us in so knew we were only there 1night. When spoken to the nectar morning about when it would be available he kept changing the times to later and later even though the maintenance man we asked said the washers were good to go. I had booked here as needed laundry due to a child with ocd. He was very rude when spoken to and so was his wife. Would not recommend. The room was dusty as well and the shower flooded after 2 mins due to a blocked plug...
