Positive: The hosts were phenomenal. Very friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with. Thank you so much Wendy & Peter. Check-in and check-out was easy. The property was well maintained and the location provided a very quiet and relaxing experience. Our cottage was well equipped, and lived up to our expectations.

Negative: The only thing i could mention is that the coffee maker had old coffee grinds in it, overgrown with mold and needed a very thorough scrubbing before it could be used. Same with the BBQ, which was not clean. Both of these issues were fixable, and I realize this is a cottage experience, not a hotel, but mentioning as constructive feedback.

Summary: Fair pricing, wonderful hosts and a relaxing experience. Recommend to others.

Positive: Being so close to Cavendish, the size of it and with a full kitchen, the price was excellent. It had everything we needed. We also really liked the location. Very close to Cavendish and North Rustico but far enough out away it was really quiet and peaceful. The owners were very nice. We ran out of propane on the last day and as soon as we mentioned that, he came up straight away with a new tank.

Negative: Nothing really. Some people have said it's "outdated" but we don't care abour that in the least. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Negative: It was hot in the room during one of the nights. The owner’s do warn you before booking however that there is no air conditioning in the cottages, only fans
