Positive: Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. The in-room sauna. The breakfast was outstanding. Finally a hotel that does not serve beans and bacon for breakfast.

Negative: I'd like to have the one bottle of water replenish when they clean the room. An electric plug socket near the desk. Some USB ports for those that forgot bringing a charger or plug adapter. All these things are small suggestions, but that I have found in other hotels. The n-room sauna is not hot enough.
