Positive: The hot-tub was lovely! It really made our stay here worthwhile. The quality of the beds, bedding and towels were great. It is a fairly central location for you to drive to places of interest (recommend Tenby and Pendine Sands). Handy that tea-towel, dishwasher tabs, etc were provided. The flowers and seating area in the rear were nice.

Negative: The welcome pack was underwhelming (no milk, so couldn't make a cuppa on arrival) and the information folder was more of a strict rule book. The en-suite bathroom was very noisy (even just running the tap woke everyone up). None of the clocks told the time (need batteries?) and 1 of the tv remotes didn't work. The single room was tiny and had no wardrobe. The door to this room banged on the bed, so didn't open fully. There wasn’t anywhere near enough coathangers. There were several cobwebs and a musky smell throughout. There was nothing nearby, not even a pub, so you have to drive everywhere. We were only given 1 medium & 1 hand towel each, so I was happy I took extra towels (didn't want to use the same towel for after shower and after hot-tub). We were cold one night and wanted to light the fire, but there were no logs. The toaster and microwave were of poor quality. The cutlery/utensils were old and mismatched. Went to use a baking tray and it was still dirty. I think the place needs a woman's touch.

Positive: Great location, wonderful garden and spacious house. Easy to access the key and good communication with the owner. Plus the hot tub was amaziong - very big and with built in bluetooth speakers! HIghly recommended :)
