Positive: Kitchen, dining area spacious and well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable. Downstairs cloakroom. Welcome pack was really nice. Loved the fire.

Negative: Shower is too low if you are tall. Noise from the road can be irritating.

Summary: Very enjoyable break with easy access to walks and the Brecon Beacons.

Positive: Beautiful, clean and comfortable. The host came past on the second day to check in on us. They were also accommodating when we requested to check in earlier. They left us a little hamper and a few essentials to make it more convenient for us. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire at night, playing Carades, watching movies and building a puzzle. The rooms were lovingly decorated and everything was perfect. We barbequed a few times as well. The cottage was near plenty of beautiful waterfalls and the caves we wanted to see. I would not hesitate to return, thank you so much for making our week an enjoyable one!

Positive: Everything! It is just like the photos, beautiful, comfortable and clean. It has everything you would need. We came to spend time with local family and it was just perfect even the weather! The Host’s were very kind allowing us to check in early and late on the last day. The location was ideal with a village over the road with a pub which had great food. Walks (which hosts had put in a folder) and supermarkets all very close. Coming in October we didn’t use the garden but I can only imagine how lovely it would be in warmer weather, outside furniture, seating and bbq. Would highly recommend and we hope that the hosts will have our family back soon.. Wish I had taken more photos of the property to show just how lovely it was!

Negative: There is nothing not to like, just a long drive from London to see our granddaughter but so worth it :)

Positive: Location for visiting relatives is brilliant for us..and the house is so cosy and comfortable and has everything you could wish for and the decor is beautiful.

Positive: Plenty of parking spaces, lovely decor, the property was well "dressed, comfy beds, lovely large outdoor space with outdoor seating available

Negative: Small things would have improved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery etc, however whilst there were plenty of glasses, it would have been better with more mugs and teaspoons. A couple of the bedroom doors did not close properly and a lamp in the twin bedroom was not working. This was not a problem as we moved one from another room for our stay. Overall we had a really lovely stay at the cottage, we were out a lot of the time exploring the area and visiting family. The cottage sits back on a main road, which we did not realise when doing our research, again this was not an issue for us, and we had easy access to the places we wanted to visit in the area.

Summary: Overall a great place for our short stay whilst visiting family and exploring the area.
