Summary: The room was on the corner of the hotel so we had multiple windows with different views, it was great. The floors were all concrete and made the room a little cooler. I loved the additional couch in the corner and double sink in the bathroom.

Summary: The room was beautiful and spacious, the staff was so attentive and quick to respond, and I loved the coffee shop and restaurant onsite. I haven’t stayed in a hotel this lovely in such a long time. And they have complimentary transportation to and from the airport!

Summary: Prompt and efficient checkin. Our room was super clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel bar and restaurant upstairs is really nice, and offers nice views. Great location for going to a show at the Mercury and enjoying the bars and eateries in the area.

Summary: The room was clean and the staff was courteous. I thought them a bit unprofessional in their attire and some staff were lounging in the front lobby right by check in. I have never seen that in any other hotel I have ever stayed in. We were shocked by the concrete floors. Felt like we were in a basement. It made the room have a very bleak atmoshphere. If we had known this was the standard, we would have stayed somewhere else. The bed being raised on a platform we had to step up on and off was challenging. We are in our 70s and it took quite a bit of caution to manuever this. The tub was also very high sided and challenging to step in and out of safely. The tub itself was also VERY slippery with no grab bars of any kind for safety. The first day we had to ask for clean towels, because housekeeping did not come to our room. The second day housekeeping still did not clean up our room. Have no idea why this happened, but it was highly unsatisfactory.

Summary: The hotel was awesome! Awesome views and the ability to text them with flight delays was so convenabd easy. The hotel restaurant and gym were top notch, as were the restaurant events and live music. 10 out of 10 and we cant wait to come back to the Brut! Spa next door, too, and free parking!

Summary: The hotel had a great, calming vibe and the staff were very nice. The only problem we had was the WiFi. It would time out every hour on the dot. Working from the hotel was not an option without having to use a hot spot unfortunately.
