Summary: We stayed in the Elwood suite which had its charm but wasn't without a sticky mess on the booth of the dinner table and another on a smaller sitting stool in the bathroom. Right at check in the employee who greeted us was anti eye contact and was more worried about finishing up his required spiel than actually assisting. Or informing us of anything. There is not really a spa in the hotel. It is a short walk across the street and through a parking lot. Entering the old building there is no direction and dark. Likely to turn you away out of fear or concern just to return to the front desk for help. It didn't help that twice we were reminded by others that this building was recently section 8 housing and a drug hotspot. The floors are all bare concrete with small rugs every so often. The plants are all fake that we could tell. This hotel is far from luxury and far from what they portray through marketing. The room was 300 dollars and the amenities were something out of a crappy highway side motel. Just stay somewhere else because they are not what they represent themselves as. Hospitality? Barely on a good day.

Summary: Beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Close to restaurants, walking/biking trails, and a large green space. Rooftop bar is very nice and the pool is very lovely. Amenities were great and the rooms were unique and super comfortable.

Summary: Our room was spacious. Concrete floor was unexpected but we managed. The bed, however, was softer than most hotels and the way the mattress was placed in the frame, it was impossible to tuck in the bottom sheet securely. So I felt like I was fighting the sheet. Not very comfortable. Our breakfast experience was just okay. Food was fine but coffee was bad. Firstly it was brewed downstairs and brought up to the restaurant. Gas station coffee tasted better! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Summary: We had a great stay - a little noisy late at night but everything was spotless and the staff was very kind and helpful. Great coffee shop and pool area! Would stay again.

Summary: Front desk staff was friendly, hospitable and helpful. Shuttle van driver was great and so accommodating! We enjoyed the restaurant and rooftop bar. Rooms were very clean.
