Positive: Lots of kitchen facilities and comfortable space. The view from the top floor was absolutely amazing looking over the balloons rising over the city in the mornings was well worth getting up.

Negative: We had a big car so getting in the back garage was impossible but this is a city space.

Negative: The check in was a little hassle as I didn't check the details before arriving and noticed I was not given the check in details. Called the line and managed to get through really quick. Some ants infestations, might be from the plants.

Positive: Perfect for 2 families with young children. The home is 3 stories, kitchen and living on the ground floor, 2 x bedrooms and family bathroom on the second floor and a huge third bedroom and ensuite on the top floor. The view from the top was spectacular! Everything we needed was provided including porta cot and high chair. Great secure off street parking for one vehicle. Quiet street within easy walking distance to Sydney Road and plenty of public transport options. Highly recommend.
