Positive: The location is great. The staffs are friendly. WiFi status was stable.
Negative: The counter tops are greasy. The toaster, bowls and plates are dirty. No paper towels provided. The AC are noisy. And we need to ask for bottles of water.
Summary: The property has not been cleaned properly.

Positive: Location was quiet but still close to the main shopping and restaurants
Negative: Main complaint was the air conditioner. It was cold when we first arrived. It was set at 61. We set it at 68 and the all night it kicked on for about 5 seconds and then stopped. The room got too warm.

Positive: SMALL, QUANT BUT VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE BEDS. VERY BASIC BUT A GREAT BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.

Positive: Clean, Quiet and well worth the price!
Negative: There was absolutely nothing I disliked about the room. If I were to nitpick, I’d mention that the toilet paper roll had only about 10% left, likely from the previous guests. It’s always a nice touch to have a fresh roll installed for each new guest. This wasn’t an issue for me personally, as I prefer to use an unopened roll anyway.
Summary: PERFECT WEEKEND GETAWAY SPOT! - especially for solo travellers
