Summary: A charming country stay with gracious hosts! Rooms were all large, Sitting room made another great space to spread out, as well as the lovely garden with a beautiful water feature. Breakfast was amazing! Everything you want from a Lancaster County B&B!

Summary: This beautiful old bed and breakfast was a joy to stay at. The owners make you feel right at home immediately, and we felt welcomed from the first moment we arrived. There was fresh cake in the drawing room along with a variety of teas. Breakfast is served family style, and the food was amazing! We hope to return again.

Summary: My husband and I loved our stay at the Brownstone Colonial Inn. Our hosts were very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They clearly love what they do. This is a beautiful bed and breakfast with clean comfortable rooms. We enjoyed a family style breakfast and conversation with the hosts and the other people staying at the inn. We also received great recommendations on places to visit and eat. We will definitely keep the Brownstone Colonial Inn in mind should we return the Pennsylvania for another visit.

Summary: The breakfasts was delicious..the room impeccable..Mark and Brenda were so kind and welcoming to us. We enjoyed meeting their family. From the moment we got there it felt like we knew them for years. Will return and highly recommend

Summary: What a blessing to find this beautiful historic place in northern Lancaster County. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the care in restorations was evident. Breakfasts were filling and delicious. The thing we enjoyed most was the wonderful conversations around the table with the hosts and other guests.
