Summary: It’s not an actual hotel, it’s unrented apartments. Because of this, there’s no hotel entrance, no check-in, no accommodations beyond simply the apartment itself. You clean your garbage yourself at checkout. There are multiple separate elevators that only go to certain floors, and you often find yourself taking a skywalk to one elevator, going down to the first floor, walking through the outside of the building, coming in through the apartment resident entrance, having to get cleared by security, and then navigating your way through a maze of hallways to find the elevator that you’re looking for. They will store your baggage, but in a closet on a completely different floor and location in a whole different building. I can’t even necessarily recommend this location as close to Busan Station, because you have to take a labyrinth like skywalk between this building and the station to get to the trains, buses, and all the food that’s on the other side. There’s nothing around this building other than parking spots and construction. It’s hard for taxis to get here. I would recommend staying in a building on the other side of the station, being next to the water is not worth the hassle of all these other downsides.

Summary: The location was excellent and very convenient. Busan Station was easily accessible via a pedestrian bridge, and there were beautiful walking trails nearby. Best of all, everyone in Busan seemed to recognize the Marina G7 (or whatever name the building is currently known by), making it easy to find and recommend. The contactless check-in and check-out process was seamless and worked perfectly for us. Since I did not have international roaming or mobile data, the staff contacted me a few days before my arrival to coordinate an early luggage drop-off, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, if you are comfortable staying in a property without a traditional front desk or on-site customer service, this is an outstanding place to stay. I first stayed here in 2024 and returned again in 2026, which speaks for itself. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Busan.

Summary: This was a beautiful apartment near the water in Busan. The laundry was easy to use in the kitchen and the other kitchen amenities were handy. The closet was great for us to spread out and the living room/kitchen island were convenient when we were in the room. No issues using the QR codes for the elevator (after the first try) and the codes for the building and room were straightforward.
