Positive: The room itself was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean and sufficient. Free water and paid laundry machines are available on-site which was quite handy. The bed was comfortable, and they clean the room on request which was much appreciated.

Negative: These do not affect my review at all, just a few points to note. There is no lift access so if you're carrying a heavy bag, it might be a concern. The entrance is also in a dark alleyway (at night of course), which might be a turn off for some. Also make sure to bring your own hand soap and laundry detergent if using the machines.

Summary: Great stay at a great price

Positive: Very clean luxury hotel. I loved the vibe of the cafe downstairs. The room was perfect for a few days. We extended. The location wasn’t perfect but it’s a good central location. Would stay again.

Positive: The room is new , spacious and very comfortable. I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay. You have everything that you need The staff is very kind , and they have a cafe on the entrance floor with really good matcha Thank you:)

Negative: small suggestions for improvement - put a full-length mirror in the room, and clean the room at least once.

Positive: All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. There is a very nice and cozy cafe below the hotel. Multiple 7-elevens within walking distance.

Negative: The location around the hotel is a bit dirty and smelly, but once you go inside, it is a whole different world. Also, they didn’t clean our room for 4 nights. If you ask, they will probably clean it, but you have to ask.
