Summary: They said there was no hot food for breakfast the day I was there other than waffles. I went down for breakfast at 8 am

Summary: Staff was great, breakfast was great, but room is in need of refurbishment. Missing handles from dresser and nightstand. No alarm clock, which was fine, but weird. First room we were assigned had no TV/chair. Tub caulk was black in spots. We’ve been staying there for years, but this might be our last time for a while. Lobby was fine…but rooms need a badly needed refresh.

Summary: There had been a recent snow so parking was "interesting." The closet in the room was in total disrepair. No shelves, no hangers or hanger bar. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Summary: We rented the room to be able to get ready for the wedding room was clean but when we asked for a late check out we were told they don’t do that, all we asked for was an extra hour and they would not accommodate but they had no problem booking the room for a whole other day in the same room!!!

Summary: We had to spend 20 minutes getting the tv to come on. The handle on the door to go from floor 1 to floor 2 in stairwell broke not able to use.
