Positive: The layout of the property is brilliant and the pool table is fantastic. I only wish we had been there in the summer so that we could enjoy the BBQ. The pubs and villages nearby are really nice to visit.

Negative: The only issue is the cattle grid at the entrance to the parking which I slipped a foot into a couple of times getting into my van, but it really is only a minor issue.

Positive: Brookley Barn was spacious and comfortable, it felt like being at home (with the added bonus of a pool table)! We had really clear instructions about getting there and all the information we needed during our stay.

Negative: The front door was quite difficult to open and it would be nice to have grass and paving in the small front garden rather than gravel.
