Positive: Really enjoyed the Hostel B&B feel of the Brook Road Inn. Used the dining facilities and kitchen area for making tea and preparing meals. It felt like being at a good friend's house enjoying their hospitality. The sleeping quarters were clean and provided everything you needed for a good night's sleep.

Positive: There's no better proximity to Mt Sunapee! The Inn was quintessential farmhouse chic. Waking up to a roaring fire and hot coffee was superb. Very quiet and the other guests were also just so happy to be there.

Negative: That we didn't have another night to stay!!
