Positive: The room was a lovely size, The pool was clean and a good size. The bar was nice and the food I had there was fine. The staff were all lovely and really welcoming. The Christmas decorations were really pretty.

Negative: Walls were a bit dusty, a lot of the furniture etc was a bit tired and dated. The public areas were cold.

Summary: Decent and fine for a short stay. Needs a little money spending on it. Staff were superb.

Positive: Reasonably priced. Good facilities including a bar with a good selection of bar food available. Good sized rooms well equipped.

Negative: It suited us perfectly for a one night stay. I have no negative comments to make.

Positive: A very good deal and we were kindly upgraded to a ground floor room as we were struggling a bit with our luggage and there was no lift. Also, we didn’t have to pay for the car park which was unexpected.

Negative: The bathroom and toilet room was tiny and definitely needed an upgrade. Shabby and pokey to say the least.

Summary: Everything we needed for a brief overnight stay.

Negative: The hotel needs a refresh, However the room was very comfortable and clean. I only have one criticism and that is the room had a peculiar odour.
