Positive: Central location to the town

Negative: Our room was next to the smoking area of a the pub / live venue . We could hear the music until 12.30 am. The room needs to be renovated . Everything is worn and old . Cracks in shower tiles with mild growing . Carpet was filthy . Breakfast was poor . Cheap produce and low on staff

Summary: Disappointing . Poor staff , lack of investment going back into the accomadion and running of the hotel.

Positive: I found the staff to be very welcoming, nice location, my room and bathroom was small and tight on space but that didn’t bother me as it was very clean and comfortable. Also when I needed something there was also someone there to help and that’s always a plus.

Negative: When I needed to go to reception there was times there was no one there, so I needed to ask one off the Bar workers to help me but they done a great job. Also I was shocked that Breakfast wasn’t included as part off my stay which is something I never experienced especially paying that price for me stay.

Summary: Overall it was a good stay with a few flaws and I’d still stay again if needed

Positive: We liked everything, the comfortable room, the friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast. The only shortcoming was the lack of a phone or internet in the bedroom. For whatever reason we could get through to a friend in the bar but not in the room.

Negative: See above.

Positive: Staff were able to answer my questions and were able to help out after getting back late from a wedding

Negative: Bathroom in the room needs a light refresh everything works fine just looks tired

Positive: Convenient location, lovely pub restaurant and outdoor tables, beautiful colorful flowers flowing everywhere.

Negative: We knew about the music at night, so that wasn't a problem. But you do need to be prepared for it - either join in or bring ear plugs.
