Summary: Overall it was a very nice stay. The house was laid out well and clean. I enjoyed the deck and the running river behind the cabin. The view was beautiful on the north side. The location of the house was a bit hard to find and I did not get instructions to get into the house in a timely manner. However, the stay was nice.

Summary: What a fantastic stay at the Brock Haus. Roomy, comfortable, clean, modern amenities with a beautiful deck to relax on and enjoy the Colorado views. The house is more or less in between Buena Vista and the mountains. In one direction you have convenient access to magnificent hikes and in the other direction you can ride into town for some grocery shopping or a bite to eat. Renee the property manager is attentive and professional. Loved the whole experience.

Summary: Our stay at the Brock Haus was wonderful. It's a beautiful home overlooking Cottonwood creek. While nestled in with other homes along the creek, it felt secluded and private, yet close enough to Buena Vista for a quick run to town to get supplies or go shopping. The house is well maintained and clean. The large dining room table was a great place for family games, and eating, of course! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house immensely.

The home is beautiful and comfortable clean and roomy. the views from the deck are amazing I would recommend this property to any one who wants to get away to your home away from home. Summary: We absolutely loved the Brock Haus! You are completely surrounded by 14ers! Our family of four (kids aged 14 & 12) hiked the nearby 14ers then came back to the house and enjoyed fishing in the stream or sitting on the huge back porch enjoying the beautiful views and wildlife. One of the highlights of the week was horseback riding, which was close by. We also really enjoyed driving up to Cottonwood Pass and to Twin Lakes. The house was perfect! If we have the opportunity to visit Buena Vista again we would definitely want to stay at the Brock Haus.
