Positive: Super clean! Nice location. The best hostel I’ve been so far in Vietnam. The sheets and the towels had a wonderful clean smell. Highly reccomend this hostel

Negative: The mattress was a little bit hard, but the smell of clean sheets made me sleep in a second.

Positive: The hostel is spacious, seems to be renovated recently. The staff was very nice, and waited for us till we arrived (1:30 a.m). The bathroom is big also and quite clean. I loved the place for the breakfast, which was behind the hostel, further up, with a great view in the morning and around vegetation.

Negative: The bed was really hard and not so comfortable.

Positive: My stay at The Brocade Backpacker in Sapa was overall great. I really enjoyed the free breakfast each morning, which was a nice start to the day. The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable base for exploring the area.

Negative: However, there were a few issues worth mentioning as complaints. Some of the showers didn’t drain properly, and a few shower fixtures were coming loose from the wall. Additionally, the beds were extremely hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Positive: The beds were super comfortable and the view amazing. Super nice towel and sheets. Breakfast is super delicious with a beautiful garden. Staff really friendly. Super new everything and still in process Best price/quality ratio

Negative: Some of the shower drainage was clogged and toilets needed more attention. Everything in order and understandable through the new opening and very few people. A lot of paperwork for checking in and out

Positive: The breakfast was ordinary but with this value, I appreciate more than enough the breakfast is included. My bus arrived Sapa very early morning at 4 and waited at the bus station little bit and took the cab there and no one there at the reception at 5 but the door is unlocked and I was waiting at the lobby to get daylight and the staff arrived at 7 and she lets me check in at 7:30 am which I appreciated the most. May be the season I went there was Low season and there have lot of beds available. This early check in might be different in your case if there isn't bed available which is understandable. The staffs are very helpful and I really enjoy my stay here and I would choose this hostel again as the price to performance is decent.

Negative: The desire to stay more days which costs me more? haha
