This well-maintained, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, single-level home is ready for you and your guests to relax. Accommodating up to 14 guests, this property welcomes those wanting to relax, unwind and soak up all that the Gold Coast has to offer.

North facing, welcoming coastal breeze and uninterrupted waterfront views, choose to lounge beneath the shade of the Bali hut, or take a dip year-round in the solar-heated swimming pool.

A formal dining room opens to a private courtyard, while the light-filled open kitchen and living area connect to outdoor entertaining spaces through large bifold doors.

Movie nights can be held in the home's private media room/5th bedroom for kids to stay in with bunk beds that sleep 6 guests.

On weekends, load up the boat while the children play on the sandy shore, before setting off from the private pontoon for a day on the water.

Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night, will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000.

- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
