Positive: Its a wonderful property in Munnar. The resort is wide in the green, spanned across a lot of acres and has wonderful staffs. The checkin was smooth and they explained everything in details. SInce the resort is big and on a valley, there are buggy service for the guests whenever they needed it. There is special area for the kids to play and have a good time during their stay. There is enough greenaries around. Overall stay was good.

Negative: The rooms could have been bit more cleaner. Not that they were dirty but better cleaning is possible.

Summary: Good stay. One can book without thinking much. Safe choice.
