Positive: We use this hotel for yacht crew bookings and the location is perfect.

Negative: The additional charges for items that are included in the price in 99% of other hotels such as water and housekeeping always give me pause when seeing the bill.

Positive: Loved the location and the resort. Pool and beach were great and very clean. Beach staff we're very helpful. Hotel rooms were big, clean and very comfortable.

Negative: The restaurant was poorly staffed. We waited and waited and nobody came near us. We left and went to another restaurant. Our room fridge was very loud and we asked twice to have it changed/repaired but it never was.

Summary: Great Hotel but some easy improvements would make it an excellent hotel
