Summary: The hotel was very easy to find as it sits directly on the N7. Even though it is close to the road the double glazing is so good we never heard a thing. I was remiss in not asking the manager for his name. I regret that as I would have preferred to mention him by name because he was absolutely excellent,. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything in detail, and in English, when we checked in. The room we stayed in was Gien. It was spotlessly clean with separate shower and toilet. The bed was super comfortable. Coffee and tea making facilities were in the room and the booklet was very informative. It also had in it a list of things you could ask for if you needed them which was very comprehensive. The decor in the hotel was fabulous and it was themed around 'Le Bleu' which is the route national 7 on which it sits. Our evening meal was excellent as was the service. Breakfast too was excellent with a huge variety on offer and all very good. The coffee came from a machine but it too was very very good and you could have as much as you wanted, as was the case with everything else. I could not find any fault at all with the accommodation, the decor, the facilities or the staff. The manager and the staff made our very short stay a very memorable one and I would love to have the opportunity to stay there again. It was brilliant value for money and gave far more than I expected for the price.

Summary: The first impression was a disappointment, but quickly resolved by the manager doing check-in. We arrived tired and hungry, and the hotel is a little far from everything. But take away food was arranged quickly from a nearby restaurant! The rooms are nice and clean. If you are interested in the life of swallows it an interesting place to be. The night clerk and breakfast hostess, sorry didn’t get your name, is a star! Nice smaller dog walks in the surroundings. Value for money.

Summary: Simple clean rooms with a good bed and air-conditioning. Shower and sink behind one door, toilet behind another door. Very friendly lady at reception who spoke excellent English. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Breakfast brought to the room (Covid) was tasty and plentiful. First time at a Brit hotel, couldn't have been more pleased.

Summary: Overnight stop enroute home. Accommodation was very good. But before booking a hotel I always ensure it has a restaurant. We stayed on a friday night and the restaurant was closed. If a restaurant isn't open 7 days a week then please stipulate when it is closed in your hotel information.
