Summary: Great location , secure parking at a reasonable price. Breakfast was nice, bit of a pain having no restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you can find them through the warren of streets. When we were there Vichy was like a giant building site so took a while to get out but that is no fault of the hotel.

Summary: This would have been a lovely place to stay, except for the problem with the room temperature. It was a miserable 84 degrees and there was no way to activate the air conditioning. We asked at the desk and they first said it couldn't be changed. Then they sent a person to show us how to use the in-room thermostat control, but changing the settings did nothing. We called the desk again in the evening and were finally told that the air conditioning was turned off because it's "not needed at this time of year". Our room had a nice balcony, but we couldn't leave the door open because mosquitoes were coming into the room, so we spent a night trying to sleep in a hot room. Fortunately, we were only staying one night.

Summary: The hotel was nice but was disappointed that the heavily advertised hot tub was exclusive to over 18 with an additional fee. I feel like this age restriction should be disclosed prior to booking. Apart from that it was a very nice hotel with lovely staff, in a nice city.
