Positive: Beautiful home. When we called with a question they answered promptly. We had the upstairs ourselves so were able to enjoy the seating area all evening.
Negative: We never saw anyone during our stay. There was no welcome or anything. I wouldn’t be able to answer your staff question as we didn’t meet them. I would have liked a little more of a homemade breakfast. Store bought muffins etc didn’t seem right. We had to forage for our breakfast . We originally booked for three people in our room. Luckily one felt she preferred a separate room as the room I was given certainly wouldn’t have been comfortable for three. The one bed was a double and a single day bed added.
Summary: Although it was a lovely home, we never felt particularly welcome.
