Positive: Was not a relaxing or smooth entry - waited 2 hours for the key, as the lock box wasn't even there! Should have provided a discount and the beds had hair on them.
Negative: Have someone do a handover of the keys next time. No lock box for the premises and a run around to find it is unacceptable, especially after having surgery.

Positive: The apartment was beautiful. The location was brilliant. Stunning views. The building manager was so friendly and helpful 😀.
Negative: I understand that check in is always 2-3pm and you can't always get an early check but we arrived at 10.30am and asked the lady at the front desk if we could leave our two suitcases there until check in and she said no!!! That was frustrating as we had hours till check in and didn't want to cart our cases with us. The front desk lady said to take them next door to the hotel and they will look after them. We went there and first off one guy said no and the apartment building will look after them!!! I felt we were just getting the run round. Another guy came over and he let us leave our cases there. I know it's not a huge deal but you can't control what time your plane gets in and every place I've stayed at has always looked after your suitcases. Something to maybe look at.
