Summary: We had an amazing time here. We went with our three children and it was perfect. They managed an ideal blend of luxury- relaxing atmosphere but very family friendly. Thank you!

Summary: We had a fabulous stay, the hotel is lovely, customer service was excellent, the hotel manager was very attentive as was the bar man - very knowledgeable about the area and all about the making of champagne. Delicious food, we ate in the Bistro, only one slight thing is that the menu is quite limited, only 3 choices. but all very nice. Coul dnot fault the hotel at all.

Summary: Not worth the money … service wasn’t the best not just French culture (I travel to Paris Often), just not personable no smile at breakfast or room service - they make you feel like you’re not wanted. The best service was at checkout, i got service with a smile while I was paying. I’m a big fan of getting what you pay for and for this price point. The service and quality of everything should have been so much more. No return of message when contacted hotel for spa or dinner for special birthday. Was told upon arrival I was just late for everything. Epernay was wonderful! But this property missed the mark on all accounts. Recommend the visit. Just not at this hotel at all.
