With a 5 to 10 minute walk, you will discover casual dining options, and Rhode Island favorites - Iggy's Doughboys and Aunt Carrie's for example. If you're looking for something more upscale, check out Chair 5 or Spain, less than a mile away.
While vacationing in this home you will also find six spacious bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a beautiful & updated kitchen and ample living spaces. A beautiful spiral staircase leads up to a gorgeous loft space/bedroom. Each level, of course, provides views for days! And linens and bath towels are provided!
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Summary: the deck was awesome - makes the house!! The house is nice with a lot of space and great views of the ocean. Very short walk to the beach and not a bad walk to Scarborough. Overall, a really good experience!!

Summary: This house was very nice and comfortable for a large group of friends for a birthday weekend, and family for a relaxing week. There were beautiful views from the deck and many of the bedrooms. Close walk to the beach, which is very kid friendly. I would definitely rent again.

Summary: This was a great stay for a family celebration of a milestone birthday. The kitchen was the most well equipped we have ever seen in a vacation rental - perfect for our good cooks who wanted to treat us to dinners at home. We spent each evening out on the huge deck overlooking Narragansett Bay and the White Swan Pond with its gorgeous inhabitants. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay close to many activities for kids and adults.

Summary: This home was perfect for our family vacation. The view was spectacular and the location was private and convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was updated and well equipped. The grounds were lovely. It was walking distance to a bay beach and a five minute drive to an ocean beach.
