Positive: The hotel design is stunning and decor is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and beds are big and very comfortable, nice little touches of fruit in the room. Every member of staff we interacted with was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, we ordered drink and they insisted on bringing them to the room ( sam was very helpful). Lovely choice for breakfast ( indian and western) they made us a fresh omlette also. We only stayed 2 night in jaipur but if we had had more time we would definitely have stayed here Overall amazing stay would 100% recommend

Positive: Of all of my accomodation of my trip in India up to now i can surely say that not only Birj Castle met the expectations but it surpassed them From the professionalism and the welcoming behaviour of the staff to the room that was truly grandeur surely make someone use the phrase...value for money found an exceptional example.
