Positive: The hotel was amazing. The staff were very welcoming. We especially loved the view from the room. It looked on the city of Beit Jala. The hotel was in a great location. Close to taxi and bus stops. There were also many restaurants and shops within a few feet of the hotel. We loved the breakfast buffet.
