Positive: Amazing view! Supernice and clean apartment. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We didn’t have a car but it was absolutely no problem because the bus stop is right next to the building and it is very easy to move around like that. Highly reccomend this place! 🙂 Liis&Artur

Positive: View from the balcony - see the enclosed pictures day and night view ! Comfy apartment for 2 in a quiet neighbourhood. Cofortable bed. Enclosed pictures of the apartment are real ...what is not common theese days. Kitchen well eqipped. Two sets of towells !! for each guest-we appreciate it. Washmaschine was a great help because of small bags politics of ryanair :)

Negative: What we dislike was a parking problems ( when you come back after 5p.m.). Nasty neighbours that made a damage to our car - no idea why. What we see as a potential problem but was no matter for us is a lock of the balcony door could be a trap if you close balcony door too much (no unlock possibility from the outside). It is probably from security reasons ...but on 5-th floor it is minor threat in my opinion. And it is very important, because of the view you will eat every meal or drink every coffe on the balcony :) It is worth mention ( not that we dislikesd it - we knew it) there is no aircondition - NO matter in december but i would keep it in mind in the summer. The window and balcony is fortunately from the northern side ..so the chance of strong sun all the day in summer is bit lower

Summary: Great sea view, good base to explore the island if you prefere to explore the island , not beaches.

Positive: Great location. It's facing the ocean and it's near the beach. It's close to a bus stop to Icod so if you are not travelling by car you can easily use public buses. The kitchen is fully equipped and we found there everything we needed. There's also a sun umbrella you can take to the beach. Special thanks to Javier, he is a great host. We really recommend Bright Studio.

Negative: There's a pool in front of the building but it's out of order. But, we knew about that when making our reservation. We enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The absolutely wonderful view from the balcony. The apartment is in a large complex, but you could barely see and not hear the neighbours. The apartment has been very thoughtfully furnished with basic necessities (pepper, cooking oil, clothes washing liquid for the washing machine etc.) and lots of useful maps and tourist information. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything was very clean. The apartment is not in Icod but San Marcos (a bonus). There was ample parking at the front of the complex (in January, mid-week) with more nearby. It's also on a bus route into Icod.

Negative: Nothing, it was great!

Summary: A lovely, relaxing place to stay with wonderful views of the coast. Thank you Javier!

Positive: Wonderful host who gave us a lot of recommendations for sightseeing, always at hand when we needed him :) The apartment was very comfortable, clean and equipped with all you could need. The view from the balcony was amazing, if you're looking for a quiet place when you're traveling with a partner or a friend - the best place to stay. If you're an active person, this is a fantastic base for nearby hike routes!
