Summary: The property is accurately described in the listing. It was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots/pans/implements. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Knoxville and would stay there again if I return to Knoxville.

Summary: This home was very clean, comfortable and my family enjoyed it! The house had enough amenities for the family. I would highly recommend for large families. We did not get to use the backyard due to running around but it was a nice touch!

Summary: Two families went to visit our UTK kids. Fun filled weekend enjoying all things University of Tennessee. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. Loved the fire pit and used the grill too. Place was only a 15 minute drive to campus. Can’t wait to come back.

Summary: The house was unimpressive from the street, but the inside looked to have been totally remodeled. The kitchen was very nice with lots of available cabinets. The back yard was great with a firepit for roasting marshmallows. Our only complaint was that for a property that slept eight, there was only room for four at the dining table.

Summary: Property is newly renovated and very clean with great space to stay…both inside and out. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard. Beds were comfortable and it’s an easy commute to UT’s campus (about 15 minute drive). The only complaint we had was that we smelled hints of cigarette throughout the house, especially in the master bedroom.
