Our cozy home is close to Yonge street of Richmond Hill. You are NOT sharing any space with anyone else. This end unit Townhouse is very bright, clean, spacious and provides you all the necessities you need for a great stay incl. free WiFi, 2 garage parking spots. Modern open concept kitchen. Hardwood flooring throughout. Walking distance to Langstaff Go Train station bringing you directly to downtown Toronto. Highway 404 and Hwy 7 nearby, 30 mins away from Pearson Airport. Minutes walk to Walmart, Loblaws, Starbucks and restaurants.
You will have access to the entire unit and outdoor patio in the back. You are NOT sharing any space with anyone! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. A washroom on the ground floor. The basement is finished. It has a bedroom with one queen size bed, a living room with one queen size bed and one full bathroom with shower. However, the basement is locked and not available to guests of 3 or less.
You have access to the in-house washer and dryer located on the ground floor. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided.
Highchair and crib are available upon request for your little ones.
We have a lockbox located to the left of the front door to check-in at any time - no need to meet the host, a late check in is ok! We will text/email you the access code for the lockbox 2 days before your arrival.

Summary: This is the second time that we stayed at this property, and we are again very happy that Phillip was able to host us. The location of this house is ideally situated to everything from restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It is by far one of the best rentals we have stayed at in Toronto and we highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Toronto, Canada. We are so grateful to Phillip to allow us to stay at his house again for our holiday.

Summary: The beds were comfortable, the owner quick to respond, check in and out were painless, kitchen was excellent, AC was essential and flawless. There are two grocery stores just 5 minutes away, walkable if you want. We'd happily stay here again.

Summary: House has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Children playground on the other side of the street. Plenty of space inside the house. Garage is a big advantage if you have a trailer. Grocery is at walking distance. Hood vent was greasy. Other than that, cleanliness is good. I recommand.
