Positive: The hot tub, game room, location. The cabin was perfect for our family of 3. The layout was perfect.

Negative: It was not the cleanest. When we arrived there is a sign on the front door stating no smoking but there were 2 cigarette butts right underneath the sign. There was a fake fingernail on the dresser and in the shower. There was some sort of sticky substance on the dresser underneath the tv in the room. I cleaned it off. We could not get the living room tv to work. There was some sort of plastic bag right when you walked in. Maybe it was for what they brought the linens in.

Summary: Beautiful cabin with great amenities but not the cleanest.

Positive: It was only a 10 or 15 minute drive to Bryson City. I woke up every morning early to sit on the couch and watch the sun come up thru all the front windows. My son loved the game room upstairs. A very quiet and tranquil get-a-way.

Negative: Had to let my husband drive the last 100 feet up the driveway to the house every day because of the incline and loose gravel.

Summary: This was one of the most perfect places I have ever stayed.

Positive: The house is roomy and has fun amenities like hot tubs, fire pit, and a pool table. The grill did have a gas tank, so we were able to use that. The area is quite private and close enough to the activities we wanted to do.

Negative: Considering there is a cleaning fee for each stay, it could've been cleaner. There was trash left outside by previous tenants (food wrappers and fire starters left by the fire pit, napkins on the deck, etc.), one hot tub was not used because the water was quite greenish, and one shower didn't seem like it had been cleaned due to the presence of silly writings left by previous tenants in the steam on the shower door.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Positive: The view was spectacular! The secluded location was the perfect getaway and just a few minutes from town! The house was so clean, open and bright. The game room and the hot tubs were the perfect ways to relax and end the day. We were greeted by 2 of sweetest local fur babies everyday. They were a carbon copy of our dog Mahalo we left with out daughter so we felt at home. We watched the most beautiful sunsets from the front porch every night. Comfortable and cozy is an understatement! We had a hard time leaving! We will be back, if it's not sold!

Negative: If i have to put something...The driveway is on the steep side, but like the summary states, you need a 4wheel drive or an all wheel drive. Our brand new Jeep Wagoneer didn't have any problems. They are steadily working on the road. We had no complaints.
