The Parc de Passy is 100m away. It is a peaceful garden with flower arches, large hedges, central lawn and children's play area.

This 90m² apartment is perfectly adapted for 2-4 persons.

The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a breakast, a drink or a diner watching the eiffel tower and the people strolling on the Swann island.
The apartment has two nice separate bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed facing a chimney (not for use) and offers an incredible view on the Seine thanks to its many windows.
The second bedroom is the owner's children bedroom. It offers a comfortable bunk bed : Lower bed is a double bed and upper bed is a single bed. This bedroom can accomodate comfortably 2 adults.
Bathroom is designed with white ceramic tiled walls. It offers a bathtub and a sink with mirror. translucent windows brings natural light to the room.
