THE DINING ROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM ARE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH VALUABLE FURNITURE, TV, DVD. THE LARGE LIVING ROOM HAS AIR CONDITIONING. THE KITCHEN IS HABITABLE WITH FRIDGE, INDUCTION COOKERS, OVEN, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE, MICROWAVE OVEN, VARIOUS APPLIANCES. THE OUTDOOR TABLES ALLOW YOU TO EAT EVEN OUTSIDE THE VILLA A FEW METERS FROM THE POOL OR IN FRONT OF THE VINEYARD.
THE PRIVATE POOL IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GUESTS OF THE VILLA, IT IS WIDE 6X12 MT AND HAS A GRADUAL DEPTH FROM 80CM TO 200CM WITH SLIGHTLY SALT WATER. AROUND THE POOL THERE ARE SUNBEDS, DECK AND UMBRELLAS.

Summary: We stayed for a week here at the end of May. We are a family of four with kids aged 9 and 13. We loved it. The location is stunning, the house is great with wonderful views and is well equipped with everything you need. The pool is great and the fact that it is a saltwater pool is much better than a chlorinated pool. Nicola is a fantastic host, always willing to provide a restaurant recommendation or give advice on how to get to places. Lucca and Pisa are close and Florence a train ride away from Lucca. Whilst Nicola is on site and around if needed, he is the perfect host as unless you need something he leaves you to your privacy. The pool is solely for your use. You do need a car but the roads are easy to drive and loads to see close by.Thank you Nicola!

Summary: Nicola was an excellent host. He was very helpful and at the same time very discreet. The pool was a hit for our kids and the house had everything we needed and then some. We would stay there again for sure.

Summary: We had an excellent stay with Nicola! Perfect house, clean, with everything you require! Well-equipped kitchen, very nice garden and swimming pool and beautiful, quite countryside withnice places to visit closeby (within 30 mins Lucca, beach, Pisa) Nicola is a very nice host, who is available when you need it! Summary: We had an amazing stay, the house is very comfortable and light with on one side, a view on the pool and on the other a view on the Tuscany landscape. Pisa and Lucca or worth a visit and just half an our drive away. Nicola is a really friendly host, and only a phone call away when you need advice or tips on wine or restaurant recommendations. All in all a perfect Italian holiday.

Summary: We have never celebrated a holiday in such a beautiful home as this one! Very modern, neat, spacious. With a beautiful view at the rear and a spacious garden at the front. The pool was lovely: regularly cleaned, nice temperature and sufficiently large. The owner was very helpful with any requests or questions. The area surrounding the house is perfect for a bike ride or walk. Towns as Lucca and Pisa and the beach are very close for trips. The holiday home had all imaginable facilities. Excellent air conditioning, excellent kitchen appliances, washing machine etc. One small minus was the power of the wifi. It was just enough to open a news app or email, but not enough to stream anything. The owner indicated that this will be improved. But this little something was absolutely no hindrance for us to come back to this lovely place again!

Summary: What a fantastic holiday the whole family enjoyed. Nicola corresponded promptly to my requests in terms of making sure there was a cot and high chair for my grandson. He welcomed us and we were made very welcome. The property itself was immaculate and very well equipped. The swimming pool was clean and a good size. There is a very pretty village close by with a superb restaurant where we had an amazing Sunday lunch. The views are incredible at the rear of the property with mountains, trees, olive trees and grape vines. It is ideally situated within easy reach of the places we visited in our week's holiday - Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Livorno, Torre del Lago, and Lerici. We would certainly return and thoroughly recommend Nicola's property.

Summary: This is a beautiful villa set in large grounds with a huge swimming pool, where is deep enough to jump in, but with a shallower ledge the whole way around. The salt water is much better than chlorine. The children enjoyed the pool so much it was difficult to get them to leave the villa. Inside the air conditioned villa is very well equipped and comfy. We would definitely stay here again. Lucca is a delightful, friendly town with ample cheap parking and plenty to see and do. We much preferred it to the bigger tourist destinations such as Pisa. Only thing to note is that, if going in summer (particularly at the end of a heat wave) take plenty of mosquito repellent and watch out for wasps.

Summary: Refined with a multitude of well-thought-out details to make our holiday successful. Gated property (safe for cars and children). Superb air-conditioning that saved our holiday in the extreme temperatures this year. Fantastic swimming pool (warm and great dimensions). Uninterrupted view on the Tuscan hills.
