Positive: Easy to access the unit; off-street parking was a bonus; lovely apartment with everything you need; comfortable bed; having access to washing machine was great especially when you are traveling.

Negative: It wasn't that I "didn't like" more observation—you can hear people upstairs talking at times, and the bedroom blinds didn't quite cover the window, so there were streaks of light across the bed at night.

Summary: Im a repeat customer & I will always check availability of this unit for my visits, has everything!

Positive: Everything was taken care of by the property, that i did not need to worry about anything. From kitchen utensils, to sandwich bags. Everything that you needed to live with a family was available in the property itself. The place was very clean and better than hotel standards. There was a lot of love put into the place. I really appreciate the time taken to make sure that the guest are comfortable with the stay. It was so affordable and so close to everything also. Just loved the place

Positive: The room is spacious and comfortable for three people...location is very close to Surfer Paradise. Easy access to everything. Very privacy, house owner didnt disturb us at all.

Negative: Not enough laundry powder provided but heaps of dishwasher powder which the unit doesnt even have a dishwasher. Should have swap that with the laundry powder instead. Found a few numbers of small cockroaches came from the sink cabinet.

Positive: We loved how quaint, clean, comfortable and cozy the unit was. It was also very private even though it was attached to the host's property. We did not need to interact with the host at all as everything needed to get into the property was clearly stated in the instruction email and document provided by the agency prior to arrival. The location was convenient, close to supermarkets and the city, perfect for tourists

Negative: The unit has a washing machine but does not have a dryer which is fine as the weather was good during our stay but if it rains and you're staying for a few days this could be a problem

Positive: It was convenient for our stay but whoever wired the apartment was did a poor job. The switches could have been better placed and some two way switching would have improved it.

Negative: The fan wobbled (you were going to fix it but we were out most is the time) the shower did not let the water out (I reported it but same as above). The traffic noise was loud which we are not used to.

Summary: The apartment met our needs and I would book it again.
